After a fun year, it’s time to give the spotlight back to my partner-in-crime, Di Daniels. She’s had a great year of vacation, but now it’s time to welcome her back.

Meet Gee-Gees volleyball left side hitter Kaly Soro. This second-year health sciences student is passionate about her team and eating any type of chocolate.

They picked this mountain for the second year because they were so successful raising funds last year. I think next year they will do a different mountain, maybe Everest. They pick the mountain, I pick to climb.

“The reason we signed him is because we feel like he has a chance to compete strongly,” said Brock Sunderland, assistant general manager for the RedBlacks. “We liked not only what he did this year, but what he did in 2012 as a wide receiver.”
