The Gee-Gees men’s hockey team was back on ice on Thursday night for Game 1 of their OUA Eastern Conference finals with the Concordia Stingers. Facing a hot goalie, the Gee-Gees were dominant and outshot their opponents, but after two periods Patrick Grandmaitre’s boys were down by one.

This year, U of O varsity teams have been giving back to the community in many different ways—some donating blood, others going to developing countries to teach their respective sports, while still others focused on more local causes.
