The University of Ottawa track and field team participated in the U Sports National Championship from March 8-10, with 12 competing athletes.
After a stunning, undefeated run to the national final, the Gee-Gees women’s rugby team fell just short of their goal, returning to Ottawa with a silver medal and the pride of the entire school.
A victory means that the Gees were crowned the national bronze medalists, an improvement on last year and the highest finish in team history.
