It was a quick turnaround for the U of O, having just played their last game five days prior, but this didn’t seem too daunting, as they rolled on to a fifth straight win over the U of T.

The Gee-Gees women’s soccer team has advanced to the second round of the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) playoffs, after hanging on to a 1-0 lead against the University of Toronto in round one. For many, it was a flashback to last year’s first round, where the Gees also beat the U of T 1-0.

On average, there are five advisors taking appointments at a time, two advisors at the front desk, and two advisors taking phone calls. For an undergraduate body of over 9,000 students, it is not humanly possible for two operators to field incoming calls from every student. This system is made to fail.
