The U of O baseball club had a tough weekend in their first-ever OUA championship in Ajax. The team lost all three of their games to put an end to their inaugural season in the OUA, in which the team won only three regular-season games. In spite of this, a promising core of young players brings a light of hope for years to come
The U of O baseball club faced off with the Carleton Ravens for the second time this season in what is being dubbed the O-Train series by both teams. Carleton won round one of the series last week but the Gees were out for blood on Wednesday.
The 2016 season is still young for the team. After five games, the team is 1-4, but has shown some promise and resiliency.
