“These behaviours are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Investigators have been assigned to identify anyone who committed crimes. The OPS will also work with the University of Ottawa and Carleton University staff where students from those were involved in these behaviours,” wrote OPS in a press release.
Ottawa police have charged a 31-year-old Gatineau man with voyeurism after he allegedly looked into the window of a Sandy Hill apartment building early Friday morning.
An email released by the university said it “values and encourages freedom of expression, freedom of religion and full equality,” and is “committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment that promotes dignity and respect for all.”
