“We used to buy regular lettuce for our weekly salads. Nowadays, you can’t walk into a store without bumping into mountains of kale and boxes of organic arugula. What’s wrong with regular ol’ lettuce?”

“It’s (an opportunity) to welcome all international students from all over the world and it’s a chance for Canadians to meet international students as well and mingle and learn about different cultures,” explained Natalie Morris, a representative from U of O’s International Office.
The U of O struggles with pay equity amongst professors, but special advisor to the president, Steffany Bennet, says things are changing for the better with the help of data.
Pierre Richardson’s exhibit will be open to the public at city hall until Sept. 24.
