Last week, Sabrina Roy and Caroline Lemay were named to the All-Star team of the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ), following their season with the Gee-Gees volleyball team.
Despite some disappointing team finishes, the standout individual performances of Gee-Gees athletes this year can’t be overshadowed.
Following this weekend series, the Gees hold a 5–5 record and are tied for third place in the RSEQ.
After starting the year with a 1–3 record, the Gee-Gees were intent on righting the ship, leading off their latest match with strong play from third-years Carline Lemay and Sabrina Roy.
