Effective October 26, 2024, the Annual General Meeting (or Meeting of Members) of The Fulcrum Publishing Society is held during the fall term each year. At every AGM, in addition to any other business that may be transacted, the general report of the Board of Directors, general report of the Editor(s)-in-Chief, audited financial statements from the last full fiscal year, budget for the next fiscal year, and amendments to the Bylaws are presented. The Board of Directors for the upcoming year is elected.
All undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Ottawa, except members of the executives of the University of Ottawa Student Union (UOSU) or The Graduate Student’s Association des étudiantes diplômées (GSAED), are eligible to become members of the Fulcrum Publishing Society and may vote or proxy their vote at Annual and Special Meetings of Members.
