The annual Ottawa Women’s March swept through the streets of downtown Ottawa on March 7. Check out some of our favourite photos from the march.
The group blocked off the intersection of Lyon Street and Wellington Street for at least half an hour, where many joined hands to form a circle around a handful of drum song performers.
This year on Tabaret Lawn, students had the chance to get decked out in plaid, go “fishing” in a fishing shack, enjoy a sugar shack lunch, try their hand at the Indigenous game of snakes and sticks, and, of course, get free Beavertails and hot chocolate.
