Facing a hot goalie, the Gee-Gees were dominant and outshot their opponents, but after two periods Patrick Grandmaitre’s boys were down by one.

Reading Time: 3 minutesAfter defeating Carleton to earn their place in the OUA semifinals, the Gee-Gees were back at home on Wednesday night for a match full of three-pointers, fast transitions, and hard defence against the Ryerson Rams. The Gee-Gees dug their way out of a 15 point deficit but the Rams took the game 84-76.

Reading Time: 2 minutesFor the first time since its re-establishment in 2016, the U of O men’s hockey program will take part in the OUA East final after defeating the UQTR Patriotes 4-2 in Trois-Rivières Sunday afternoon. The Gee-Gees will have home-ice advantage when they face off with the Concordia Stingers starting this week

Reading Time: 3 minutesThe Gee-Gees men’s basketball team took on the Ryerson Rams on Saturday night in what was a blowout in favour of the Gees. The 75-54 win sends Ottawa to the OUA semifinals, where they’ll take on the Carleton Ravens for their third meeting of the season.
